This short game is the humble result of our participation to the Coolest retro game jam 2 !

👾 First try of handmade pixel art and 2D isometric rendering

🖍️ Made with love by Tom Chegaray (arts, audio, gameplay) and Pierre Emmanuel Daigre (code, gameplay, audio), founders of SuperTale Interactive.

🤖 I use the DragonRuby game toolkit to dev on, coding ruby with rubymine. AI used for code assistance only.

🎨 Every visual assets are all custom handmade. Procreate and Figma !

🕘 To give an idea of the scope, the game was done is about 1 day in design and few hours in dev of production time, not including a bit of planning and some great discussions while commuting 🚗. We couldnt invest more time for this.

Dont run into crates, baricades, holes and other objects, and avoid to be out of fuel !

If we have a chance or a good reason, we may go back and finish the prototype. We have plenty of ideas: 

• Add suport for game controllers.
• Improve shooting feature, add aiming somhow more of a thing
• balance spawning
• Fix shimmering effects
• Add a lot of visual feedbacks,
• A bit more audio complexity
• Add new powerups (boost, temporary invulnerabiity ...)
• Add weapons diversity
• Add ennemy diversity
• Add inocents to save, not to shoot or bump into 

etc.
